Being a data driven decision maker, Leaf starts with operations and logistics surrounding an institution's ability to track date in order to prevent loss, drive growth, and scale efficiently. Having complete and accurate data allows for a clear eyed view of the present, but more importantly allows for good foundational thinking when forming a vision for the future. 

This is the area of Human Activities: Swim Lessons, Tennis Leagues, Vendors, Life Guards, Etc. This is a fast emerging area as Stakeholder's are continuing to want an increased ROI on all activities. The quality of Programming is what drives the human transaction/activities that produce revenue. Sales, communication training, high service levels, presence of leadership, definition of roles, freedom, fun, and pride of place are at the center of my teams and our culture.
